 We know inviting someone into your home is a big decision. Below are answers to the most common questions about our boutique cleaning and lifestyle services. If you’d like to know more, just reach out — we’d love to chat. 


General Questions


What areas do you service?
We proudly serve clients across the NSW Central Coast and Lake Macquarie . If you’re just outside these areas, get in touch — we may be able to accommodate your request or recommend someone we trust.


Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with high-quality, professional-grade products and tools. If you prefer eco-friendly products or have specific requests, just let us know and we’ll tailor the service.


Are you insured?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured, including public liability, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home is protected.


Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all — it’s completely up to you. Many clients provide access and come home to a sparkling, reset space. We can arrange secure key collection or access instructions if you won’t be home.


How do I book?

Home Cleaning Services


What’s included in a Premium Home Cleaning?
Our Premium Clean covers everything you’d expect (and a little extra). Typical inclusions are:
✔️ Kitchen refresh (benchtops, stovetop, sinks, splashbacks, cupboard doors)
✔️ Full bathroom clean (showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors)
✔️ Dusting of surfaces, skirting boards, fixtures
✔️ Vacuuming & mopping of all floors
✔️ Bedrooms & living areas dusted, tidied, and refreshed
✔️ Bins emptied
Add-ons available: linen change, pantry refresh, fridge clean, deep-clean extras.


How often should I schedule a clean?
That depends on your household. Weekly keeps busy families on top of things, fortnightly works well for lighter maintenance, and one-off cleans are perfect for refreshes. We’ll work with you to find the rhythm that suits your lifestyle.


Busy Mum Reset


What is the Busy Mum Reset?
It’s our signature service — a full home reset that goes beyond cleaning. It includes:
✔️ Premium cleaning (as above)
✔️ Home organisation (pantry, wardrobes, laundry, toys)
✔️ Lifestyle support (errands, scheduling, meal prep assistance)
✔️ Optional: digital calendar & routine reset

Think of it as your “household rescue plan” when life feels overwhelming.


Relocation Support


Do you help with moving?
Yes! Our Relocation Support service is designed to make moving smooth, stylish, and stress-free. We can:
✔️ Pack & unpack belongings
✔️ Organise and set up each space
✔️ Refresh & clean before move-in
✔️ Create order so your new home feels ready from day one


Do you provide packing materials?
We don’t supply boxes or packing materials, but we can recommend the best local suppliers — and even coordinate removalists if needed.


Policies & Payments


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card and bank transfer. Invoices are issued for every booking, and payment is required on completion.


What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full-service fee.


What happens if I forget a booking or access isn’t arranged?
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full-service fee will apply.
